Pilates Cancellations Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 9 hours’ notice for any class or session cancellations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 9 hours’ notice will be charged at 50%.

  • If you are unwell, please let us know as soon as possible—we appreciate your consideration for others.

  • Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book future sessions.
