About Us
Katy is a movement specialist with a background in dance and Pilates. She has completed a doctorate with the University of Melbourne and balances academia with Pilates. Katy is certified in clinical Pilates with equipment, reformer and mat Pilates. She holds a Master of Teaching Dance, a Postgraduate Certificate in Dance Education and Science, a BA (Hons) in Dance, and is a Certified Ballet Teacher.
With a passion for inclusive education, Katy works to create personalised, holistic programs that cater to the needs of each individual through tailored rehabilitation, sport-specific and wellness plans. Katy has worked in many diverse settings, providing dance and pilates, and has mental health and special needs training.
